Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at sugaredbeauti@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your full name and order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review your concern and determine the appropriate resolution.

Replacements & Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement when appropriate. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
